Cancellation & refunds
What happens if you withdraw from the masterclass, or if the masterclass is cancelled.
1. If you withdraw
The rules are the ones set out in the Regulations of the 11th edition:
- withdrawal before 13.07.2026 — you receive 50% of the participation fee back;
- withdrawal after 13.07.2026 — the participation fee is not refunded.
To withdraw, write to info@panflutemasterclass.ro from the address you used at registration, mentioning your order number. We confirm in writing and refund to the account the payment came from, within 14 days of confirming the withdrawal.
2. If the masterclass is cancelled
If the organisers cancel the masterclass, the participation fee is refunded in full.
3. Right of withdrawal — the legal note
The 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to services related to leisure activities that are provided on a specific date or period — which is the case for the masterclass (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16 lit. l, transposed in Romania by GEO 34/2014). What applies instead are the rules in section 1 above, which the organisers offer of their own accord.
4. Changing the participant
If you cannot attend, write to us: transferring the registration to another participant is usually possible before the registration deadline, provided the new participant meets the requirements of the Regulations.
5. Failed or double payments
If a card payment is charged twice, or charged for an order that was not registered, write to info@panflutemasterclass.ro with the order number and the date. We check it with the payment processor and return the amount to the same card.
